MacKenzie House LLC, a real estate development company, was active in multiple states with apartments, luxury homes, townhomes, neighborhood development and senior housing. We partnered with their marketing department to design and develop programs for five residential communities. Each of these projects included branding, signage, sales office design, print and digital campaigns. All developments sold successfully but most noteworthy was a gamble in breaking ground with the urban infill development of 24 Walnut, near Denver’s Coors Field Ballpark neighborhood. Not only did our marketing efforts assist in all 29 residences selling out in record time but the neighborhood has now expanded into miles of gentrification in all directions from this landmark property.
