The Village Homes brand was established in 1984 as a developer and builder of move-up homes in Colorado. They are a leader in residential real estate with over 700 lots in five actively selling communities. We worked exclusively with Grainger Advertising on print, digital and direct to consumer marketing programs for all five respected  communities that resulted in approximately $34 Million in sold homes. In addition to record sales our marketing efforts led to numerous Homebuilders Association of Denver awards for “Community of the Year” recognition.
